News: Speer Advocatuur wins case

In March, lawyer Jennifer Alspeer initiated legal proceedings on behalf of Linda Hooft, who has lived in a social rental apartment on Weesperstraat in Amsterdam since 2005. For health reasons, she wanted to move out and found apartment exchangers. The housing foundation blocked this, but the court has now ruled in Linda’s favor.
