Linda Hooft has lived in a social rental apartment on Weesperstraat in Amsterdam since 2005, but for health reasons, she wants to move out. She has found apartment exchangers, but the housing foundation is blocking the move. Linda enlisted lawyer Jennifer Alspeer to help.
