News: Landlord must repay tens of thousands of dollars in service charges by judge
A landlord of an apartment complex on Spaklerweg in Overamstel must repay a total of €57,937 to 48 current and former residents. The tenants, under the guidance of Speer Advocatuur, filed a lawsuit because they believed the membership fees and part of the service charges had been unjustly collected.
